DON'T PANIC, IT'S ORGANIC.




Yesterday one of my best friends turned 26, so I'm a little bit hungover this morning. Fruit. Vegatables. Healthiness. My body is craving for these three things now. Result: a very yummie fruit & veg smoothie. It's so easy and it definitely makes you feel better. Make sure you'll always have these kind of ingredients in stock, so you can 'eat' this every morning! Enjoy. What's in it? (for 2 persons)

Smoothie
A handful of a raspberries, strawberries and blackberries
2 Kiwis
2 Green apples
A handful of spinach (leaves)
A splash of coconut water 

On top
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Mixed nuts (a few)
1 tbsp of goji berries
1 tbsp of raw chocolate flakes
